ART BY WILLIAM KING William King lives a life painted in doodles. His journey began in 1967, surrounded by the love of learning thanks to his parents and teachers. This fostered a love for reading that blossomed early, and he devoured his father’s sci-fi novels by the age of 7. Soon after, the worlds of fantasy and horror captured his imagination, leaving a lasting impact that continues to inspire him today. In 2010, seeking a creative outlet, William embraced art as a passionate hobby. His abstract works debuted in a Kingston Upon Hull exhibition in 2011. Following a period of social withdrawal, he received an autism (Asperger's Syndrome) diagnosis. This self-discovery coincided with a renewed exploration of artistic styles. While doodling brings him pure enjoyment, it's also a way to connect with others. He finds immense satisfaction in sharing these creations, many of which he freely gifts. It is a source of joy for him and a bridge to the world. You can see William’s complete art gallery HERE |
