ART BY HAN HUNGSIEW (SITHSENSUI)

Han Hungsiew (sithsensui) is a Malaysian freelance artist whose career has transformed into a full-time storyboard illustrator. He has always been drawn to visual storytelling, and is captivated by the power of images to communicate emotions, ideas and narratives. He feels fortunate to be able to earn a living through his art.

Growing up, while others were busy with various hobbies, he found refuge in sketchbooks. His style is heavily influenced by dark, realistic themes. He blends somber with detailed immersive images. While he occasionally uses photoshop to enhance his images, he never uses AI.

Outside of his art, music plays a role in shaping who he is as a person. He plays the bass guitar and is attracted to indie rock and J-Rock.

Hans is proud of his progress as an artist and is excited to continue growing, exploring new techniques, and taking on new projects.
