Vonnie Winslow Crist, SFWA, HWA, SCBWI, is author-illustrator of the children’s books: Shivers, Scares, and Goosebumps; Shivers, Scares, and Chills; and Leprechaun Cake & Other Tales. She is also author of Dragon Rain, The Enchanted Dagger, Beneath Raven’s Wing, Owl Light, The Greener Forest, Murder on Marawa Prime, and other award-winning books for older readers.

Her speculative writing appears in hundreds of publications including Asimov’s Magazine, Amazing Stories, Cast of Wonders, Chilling Ghost Short Stories, Weirdbook, Twilight Tales, and Cirsova. Over 1,000 pieces of her artwork have been published both inside and on the covers of magazines and books. Believing the world is still filled with mystery, miracles, and magic, she strives to celebrate the power of myth in her art and writing.
