Loving art and books from a young age, Kelly Goodman initially chose to go to art school in Colorado after graduating high school, but became disillusioned with direction she felt the school was forcing her in. When she left, she instead turned her focus to writing for the next twenty years, resulting in over twenty novels being published and numerous short stories in various publications. During the height of the pandemic, she found herself turning back to art again and has been concentrating on that ever since.
