Julie Bélair is a photo-manipulator and also creates digital paintings and portraits. She uses Photoshop CS6 for photo-manipulations but she also loves to use Autodesk Sketchbook for portraits.

Julie is from Quebec, Canada. She is a Hobbyist working to become a professional artist.

She is known to be a fantasy and emotional artist but she can create all styles. She was born with a pen in her hand, and feels she learned the arts before walking and talking.

She usually tries to find the inspiration with model pictures; the emotions, it’s important to respect them and to keep the natural look of them and what we can read into the eyes of all models.
