Born in August of 1986, Erin E. Ewer graduated from the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design with a major in illustration. Since then, she moved from her home state of Colorado to West Virginia, to live with her husband and two step children. She currently works as a free-lance artist with a lot of support from the other businesses in the area, who love the local art scene and strive to encourage other small business owners.

Erin always enjoyed painting fantasy, but also has a strong interest in nature that has been growing over the years. Her art has been evolving to be more centered around nature, animals, plants, and concept. She tries to retain an element of fantasy in her work, as she is strongly influenced by the fanciful and unusual.

As an author, she found her voice while trying to write a story as a personal exercise. The amount of support she received for this was phenomenal, and the project ended up turning into "The Lord of Shadows" series. This was her first delve into the writing scene, and she has only gone deeper since. She has several more stories in the works, along with a continuation of "The Lord of Shadows" Series, beyond the first three books.

Her personal goals are to find her voice as both an Author and an Artist, and combine those two worlds into something even greater.
