Brazilian Juan Lucas was born in 1983 with a pencil in his hand. He added painting to his palate in 2001. He is an art and design student, and will graduate at the end of 2012.

His work is pure expressionsiam. He wants his thoughts to materialize; getting allegory and feelings about all creatures from love to hate, with tendencies towards obsession about the darker themes in life. His art depicts beggars asking for money, mayhem, relationship problems and even animals in death. Much of his work is denunciatory; including accusing officers, corrupt politicians and all troubles caused by different social conditions due to hunger and racism.

He finished his first book, not yet published. Currently he is simultaneously working on three other book projects, among them are Alice in Wonderland and Kafka's Metamorphosis.
