MIRROR ART

Nicky Alice's art...etched and created on mirrors

Born and currently residing in Orange County, CA, Nicky Alice has always had an interest in art his entire life. Although his educational background is in the automotive and music industry, his talents for art have achieved the most success and attention.

“I accidentally found this weird talent in 2007 and have gotten such a positive reaction from people who appreciate art that was motivated to continue it as a profession, which goes along smoothly with my childhood dream of being an artist.”

Alongside creating and crafting this unique artistic talent, Nicky manages the Orange County rock band ‘Alevela’ and is looking forward to a long career with the band which is currently steamrolling in popularity and attention within the music industry. He plans on touring with ‘AlevelA’ while continuing to create more powerful and unique pieces to inspire and captivate his widespread supporters and followers.

As if that isn’t enough, Alice is also in school at the School of Metaphysics for dream psychology, studying to become a dream coach. He feels his true calling is interpreting dreams.

Artist Statements:

“Look in a mirror and one thing is sure; what we see is not who we are. What do you think about when you gaze into your reflection? I see a canvas, a place for creation and an opportunity to have my expressed dreams reflected upon anyone who looks.”

“I became very interested in the study of consciousness and the images in my dreams, so I etched them in reflective glass so I can see myself and my dream while in my waking life.”
