Twisted Perceptions is the creation of Kris Hallford and Gina Armijo, a young couple with 5 kids operating and creating out of Eugene, Oregon. With two very different styles we aim to catch the attention of an eclectic audience from all walks of life. We have the strange and twisted characters of Kris Hallford, projecting his views of mankind’s current status and it’s detachment from all things real along with characters that stem simply from the strange and creative mind of this young artist. And alongside him we have Gina Armijo’s (Stardust Fractal Namaste) beautiful other worldly landscapes consisting of psychedelic galaxies, mountain ranges, and creatures alien to us. Her art is often found to be very spiritual and uplifting, urging the viewer to seek their own imagination.

Twisted Perceptions was established in early 2013 and is still very much in its early phases with many goals and dreams to achieve. We have done artwork for the local music scene and our work can be seen around town at the New Zone Gallery, Santa Clara Smoke Shop, and a few other locations very soon. We hope to make it to Saturday Markets for 2014, make appearances at Lane County festivals and have products available in different locally owned storefronts in the Eugene area. Long term goals consist of networking with and promoting other local artists looking for their chance, art classes/open art studio, involvement in local functions and movements, fundraising, and much more.
