Polaris Castillo has been drawing since he was inside his mother’s womb. Since then he's drawn observational stuff, portraits, and commissions until becoming bored and diving into emotionally fused surreal worlds.

Lately Polaris has created a character named BalloonHead, who has expanded from mere graphite drawings on a page to a life-sized mannequin doll that now makes appearances throughout Los Angeles, California.
