ART BY VIC EBERLY

Vic Eberly is an abstract artist who creates images digitally using fractal software.  He has worked as an engineer and as a technical writer.  Along the way he also briefly studied furniture design.

When Vic came across a TED talk on African Fractals, he was immediately fascinated by the potential for using mathematics to create a wide variety of artistic patterns and images, and he wanted to learn more.  He therefore spent time working with several software programs and further improved his skills through self-study and through on-line courses.

Although many of his images are truly fractals, Vic is often drawn toward creatingimages that are more abstract and that most viewers would not recognize as fractal art.
